ACI announces that Mr. Francis Andoh has resigned as Managing Director of the company and has thus stepped down from ACI’s Board of Directors effective September 6, 2012.
Mr. Jared Barnett, formerly Head of Strategic Development of the company, is now Deputy Managing Director and acting as Managing Director for the interim effective September 6, 2012.
