Fidelity Bank Ghana Limited and Temple Investments Limited, acting as co-sponsoring brokers under E.S.L.A Plc Bond Programme (the ”Programme”), has notified the Exchange of the approved extension of the issuance date for the potential Tranche E4 Bond issuance under the Programme.Approval to extend the Tranche E4 bond issuance date to Monday, 13th January 2020 was given by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Tuesday, 31st December, 2019. Given the newly approved settlement date, the offer remains open from 24th December, 2019, and closes on Friday, 10th January 2020.
The Tranche E4 Bond issuance will be listed on the Ghana Fixed Income Market (GFIM) once the offer is successful.
